Smooth experience trading in my car for a preowned ford Ranger. JT gave me a fair price over the phone, when most other dealerships gave me lowball offers. We were able to get a deal done the next day. Truck was as described and they worked quickly to get it ready for me to take home the same day. Will definitely consider coming back if I need a bigger truck one day!

I was told up front that it would take about four hours if I wanted to wait. It only took three. I had an oil change, tire rotation, multi-inspection and correct and install two recalls on my 2021 Thor Tellaro camper van. One recall was for engine compartment fire, and the other was the rearview camera loss. They have a nice waiting area with snacks, drinks, TV and magazines. I have been to three different dealerships for service, and I like this one the best. I have nothing negative to say.

I had a dent in my bumper from a small parked collision, and the Collision Center team did a fantastic job replacing it. It looks like the collision never even happened. Vito, who help me through the whole process was super nice, and really funny. They estimated a week for the repairs, and it was done in 2 days. Awesome Job guys!
I dropped off my car for repair on the afternoon of 8/18/26. On Friday, 08/21/26 I had not heard anything from the dealership concerning my repair so I called to inquire. I was told they couldn't find the problem I mentioned (why didn't someone call me that day instead of me having to call?). Very Disappointing Service Experience
We recently had our 2019 RAM, purchased from Jackie Jones in 2024, serviced there, including an engine replacement that was an investment of almost $16,000 — certainly not a few dollars. Unfortunately, the overall service experience was very disappointing.
There were repeated changes to when the vehicle would be ready — at least four different times — which made planning very difficult. I recently had issues with my Grand Cherokee and brought it to this location to get looked at. At first, it seemed like it was going to be a good experience — within a week, they identified the issues and it seemed like everything would be resolved in a reasonably timely manner. Boy, was I wrong.

Took my 2025 RAM Longhorn in for engine light on and battery issues. Service was Excellent. I got two new batteries, a fuse assembly and an oil change and filter. Warranty covered everything but the oil and filter. The price of the oil and filter was a great price. I am going to have my wife's car serviced there in the near future.

My service experience has been very good and best of all consistent. Even when I wait for my vehicle and I roam the showroom and all employees are all smiles and greet me cordially. I have all my service work done and my vehicles always come out as clean as they went in for service.
